ABOUT US

We will work tirelessly to obtain the compensation you deserve and need to get your life back.
We are situated across from NASA, not far from the Houston Ship Channel and the various plants where many of our clients work and live.  Our office is not downtown, or far from our clients. While we practice statewide, it is important to us to be available locally to those we represent. No matter the accident, we’ve handled them all—maritime accidents, truck wrecks, plant explosions, equipment failures, and car wrecks.

ALEX HORTON
Alex Horton has spent his career helping people navigate injuries and life-changing events.  After clerking for Justice Paul W. Green on the Supreme Court of Texas following law school, he spent fifteen years at one of the top personal injury law firms in the state, helping obtain multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for those seriously injured in truck wrecks, maritime accidents, plant accidents, car wrecks, and work accidents. His success has been recognized -- he's been named a Rising Star or Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly every year for the past decade. From the initial meeting to the final verdict, he will be your steady hand and calming presence and navigate you step by step through the legal process.

Alex graduated at the top of his law school class, was a member of Law Review, and competed on the nationally ranked Moot Court Team at South Texas College of Law-Houston.  Before law school, he worked in the Texas Legislature—helping craft the laws he now applies daily. He’s a proud Aggie, native West Texan, and son of an Army veteran. Most importantly, he’s a husband and father of three young children. When not in the courtroom, Alex enjoys hunting, fishing, and coaching his 5 year old’s t-ball team.
SARAH HORTON
Sarah Horton is a born and bred Houstonian who spent several years as a Harris County Assistant District Attorney and later as a criminal defense attorney.  She knows her way around a court room, having tried 24 cases to verdict.  Sarah’s expertise in criminal law is particularly important as serious accidents often involve law-enforcement investigations—an area Sarah is used to navigating.

Sarah serves on the board of a local nonprofit and volunteers locally. She is also an elected City Councilmember in Nassau Bay, Texas.  She teaches pre-law part time at the High School at Lutheran South Academy. And of course, she raises three young kids.  When not attending baseball games and piano recitals, Sarah loves taking advantage of living by the water in the Clear Lake area. And even though she doesn’t have much time for it these days, Sarah was a Division I collegiate golfer.
